How we use information from website enquiries and conversations.
Information you share
When you submit a requirement on the YunShow company website or the Dia product website, your requirement, business email and any optional details you provide are sent to our server. Accepted enquiries are stored so we can assess and respond to the request. The record includes the submission time, source page, referrer, browser user-agent and an IP-derived identifier used for rate limiting. Where configured, email, notification or follow-up services receive enquiry details needed to handle the request. Email links are an alternative: you choose whether to send a message from your own email app.
Conversations and examples
When you send a message to Ask Dia, your message and recent conversation context are sent to our AI conversation service to prepare a reply. Messages and replies may be stored with a session identifier, timestamps and an IP-derived identifier for operation and rate limiting. The guided examples on the public demo page use sample data and pre-written interactions. Customer concept demos are examples for evaluation.
Website operation and analytics
Hosting and security services process technical request information. We use a hashed IP identifier in application records for rate limiting. Optional Google Analytics and application interaction events require your analytics choice; you can decline or change that choice. Cloudflare also provides hosting, security and website measurement.
How information is used
We use enquiry and conversation information to respond, understand the project and prepare follow-up. Technical data supports site operation, security and measurement. We do not sell submitted information.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting and security. Configured email, notification or conversation services may process information needed to deliver their part of the service. Providers handle data under their own policies.
Retention and your choices
Enquiry information is kept while needed for follow-up, business records and site security. You can ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted by emailing support@iyunshow.com with enough context to locate the request.
